A booking or contact form sends us your name and email address, plus whatever else you fill in: phone number, dates of stay, number of guests and the text of your message.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you and, where a booking follows, to look after your stay. Nothing is sold on and nothing is used for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that come to nothing are erased after twelve months. Records tied to a stay are held for the period accounting and tax rules demand.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected or removed, or object to the way we use it. Write to the address on the Contact page; we answer within a month.

Cookies

The only cookies here are the ones WordPress itself needs. There is no advertising or tracking cookie on the site.
